If You Can Describe It,
We Can Probably Find a Way to Make It.
Most custom projects begin with something simple: a photo of a broken part, a sketch on paper, a product that does not exist in the right size, a gift idea, or a file found online. You do not have to know the material, printer settings, or manufacturing method. Tell me what the piece needs to do and where it will be used, and I will help work out the rest.
What KirkWorks3D can create
- Replacement and repair parts
- Clips, knobs, brackets, covers, adapters, housings, spacers, mounts, and discontinued plastic pieces. Photos from several angles and one measurement are often enough to begin the conversation.
- Personalized gifts and decor
- Names, dates, colors, logos, hobbies, pets, vehicles, teams, and meaningful details can turn an ordinary object into something made for one person.
- Signs and displays
- Desk signs, wall displays, lighted pieces, nameplates, product stands, collection displays, plaques, and presentation pieces.
- Functional organization
- Tool holders, storage systems, cable management, brackets, trays, adapters, and custom organizers built around the items you actually own.
- Models and prototypes
- Concept models, fit checks, presentation pieces, proof-of-concept parts, and early design iterations for personal or business projects.
- Large and multi-piece creations
- Pieces larger than a printer can often be divided into sections, printed separately, joined, and finished. Seam placement and assembly are planned before production.
- Printing an existing file
- Already have an STL or 3MF file? Send it for a printability review and quote. I will flag obvious orientation, support, wall-thickness, or geometry concerns before printing.
No design file required
Start With What You Have
A clear photo, simple sketch, physical sample, written description, or link to a legally obtained model may be enough to begin. Some projects only need file preparation and sizing. Others require custom modeling. I will explain which one applies before design work begins.
Built for the way it will be used
The Same Shape Can Need a Completely Different Build
The same shape can require a completely different build depending on where it lives. A display piece on a shelf, a bracket inside a hot vehicle, an outdoor sign, and a flexible bumper need different materials, wall thicknesses, infill, and print orientation. Intended use is reviewed before color or appearance becomes the final decision.
What to send for a fast quote
- A short description of what the item is or needs to do.
- Photos from several angles, preferably with a ruler or coin for scale.
- Approximate size or one reliable measurement.
- Where the finished piece will be used: indoors, outdoors, in a vehicle, near heat, or under load.
- Preferred color, quantity, and desired completion date.
- Any STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ, logo, drawing, or reference file you already have.
Fit and safety limits
What I Will Not Overpromise
KirkWorks3D does not accept functional firearm components, safety-critical vehicle parts, medical parts, climbing components, or any project where failure could reasonably put someone in danger. Projects requiring tolerances or certifications beyond FDM 3D printing will be declined or referred rather than overpromised.

Show Me What You Are Trying to Make
You do not need the perfect explanation. Send a picture and tell me what the finished piece needs to accomplish. I will help you determine whether 3D printing is the right answer.
